Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Foreplay Golf cards. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

- The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Returns for change of mind are not accepted.

To start a return, please email us at sales@golf-foreplay.net with:

- Your order number

- A brief explanation of the issue

- Clear photos of any damage (if applicable)

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, provided it meets our return conditions.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without it.
