Our golf card games are produced in limited batches. Product images are for illustrative purposes — actual items may vary slightly. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change pricing without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase and is processed securely via our third-party payment gateway.

4. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather conditions.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping. To request a return, contact us at sales@golf-foreplay.net.

6. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to ensure a smooth customer experience, but we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

7. Disclaimer of Responsibility

We are not responsible for any actions, behavior, injuries, or disputes that may result from the use or misuse of our cards, whether on or off the golf course. Players participate at their own discretion, and we disclaim any legal liability for outcomes arising from gameplay.

8. Account Information

If you create an account on our store, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities that occur under your account.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order is marked for shipment or has left our facility, cancellation is no longer possible.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at sales@golf-foreplay.net as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our site or products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including (but not limited to) reproducing, reselling, or modifying the card game without written permission.
